Mt. St. Helens snowy maternity session
This session was full of laughter, not only did we capture the sweetest moments but we had fun doing so. Was it cold heck yes! when you are determined to get snowy pictures you risk a little frost bite. This mommy to be had her heart set on a winter wonderland for her maternity pictures after a few weeks of searching we determine St. Helens would be the perfect spot.
We nailed it on location the views we got included mountains, lake and of course lots of snow.
We happened to make it to the St. Helens science center about 30min before closing and captured some very breath taking photos of the area which included Coldwater Lake.
We ended our session on the side of the road next to some large boulders. Luckily by the time we got there it was snowing and hard! This couple was brave and hiked up the little hill to get some breath taking shots in the snow. One thing that I absolutely loved was this couple LOVED the snow which makes me so happy! Who doesn't love some snow. We may have been half frozen but we sure did have a blast. Did I mention this mom to be did all this, well pregnant with twins and less then a month away from having them. It just shows how amazing the woman's body is.
